Programa Epidemiológico transfronterizo de investigación de Zoonosis
Zoonosis
Zoonosis Project aims do perform an exhaustive survey of some zoonotic diseases in the region of Tras-os-Montes, in animals and in humans. For that purpose data will be collect from slaughterhouses and pet clinics and human blood samples will be collected in the National Health Service, to evaluate the exposure of humans to these diseases through specific antibodies. Final output will be information diffusion through potential users (National Health Service, Veterinarians, food industry).
