Tomás de Figueiredo awarded by the wine sector

The book “Protecção do Solo em Viticultura de Montanha: Manual Técnico para a Região do Douro" by CIMO researcher Tomás de Figueiredo has been awarded the "Prémio Distinção CNOIV 2016" in the category of viticulture by the National Commission for the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (CNOIV). The "Distinção CNOIV" award distinguishes every year the best dissemination, experimentation or research works supporting the vitiviniculture sector. The award was presented during the"Fórum Anual dos Vinhos de Portugal 2016" in Curia. CIMO researcher Felicia Fonseca is a section co-author of the same book. Read the full book HERE.
