CIMO researcher launches book on composting

The new book of Luis Miguel Brito is titled "Compostagem, Fertilização do Solo e Substratos" and will be launched in Braga on March 25. This book summarizes several years of research conducted  by Miguel Brito making the resulting knowledge available to a broad audience including students, farmers, educators and all people interested in organic farming.

Luis Miguel Brito is a Professor at the School of Agriculture of the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, in Ponte de Lima, and a researcher at CIMO.

The book will be launched during a seminar dedicated to crop fertilization in organic farming on March 25 at the AGRO International Agriculture Fair in Braga.
